  • Seems like I am decreasing

    Hey there,
    I am wondering if anyone knows why I am going backwards? A while back I had some ED issues that lasted a few weeks after some medications and using the bathmate. Everything seemed to get back to almost normal, so I decided to start the bathmate again, but whenever I do, I seem to get the opposite results after use. When I first started using the bathmate I would plump up and it could last a day or at least it would feel full. Not it just turtles and the girth is gone. Do I have an injury, or any suggestions how I can get past this?

    when I was pumping intensely back in sep and oct my measurements went down.

    I measured 6.5 in august...

    by oct I was measuring 5.9 -6 at most. In fact, I thought I deceived myself and didn't measure 6.5 Then I came to my senses and relized it was temporly because I use to PE from 1999-2001 and had a logbook where I wrote down 6.5 . Finally the ruler went back up and I got excited again. Its probably the extra stress from your routine

    I hang and im still learning how to balance eq and hanging; although, ive gotten better at it, ive had to back off a bit.

    *remember with hanging some eq is going to be effected. Moreover, if it becomes too low, I back off.

    This is just on paper, and remember on paper is a decent way to measure progress. Having said that, my flaccid hangs longer, even though it may not show on paper. Ive seen my BPFSL increase. and on paper my bpel hasnt increased much i, I feel my dick is bigger.

      The thing is I am not doing anything intensely. I may do one or two short sessions a week and still go backwards. When I first started pumping it hung better and fuller the next day.. I have noticed my libido is not great either but think it might be my insecurities with shrinkage.. sucks!

        Address the turtling, see if by experimenting (more/less of things), that you can avoid the turtling.
        Then evaluate if that helps you achieve your goal.

            If you're still on meds that's gonna be the first thing to address. As ED causing meds, it doesnt really matter what you do, they stop your ability. Especially things like ssris.

            After that, limiting ejaculation to once a week or less is the best place to start.

            After which, your bathmate and jelqing should help your EQ when done correctly.

              I am no longer on the meds... and I am limiting erections and ejaculatuon. So maybe I should start a 2 on 1 off with Bathmate and jelqing?

                So, if you get regular erections but say they're only 80% or something of their potential, then yes some jelqing and pumping usually improves EQ.

                If your having ED that is making it hard to get it up, i.e. you have to work at it to get hard, and it goes flaccid as soon as you stop, then you'll need to focus on daily habits first. Morning wood, and lack there of, are good indications of where you're at.

                You'll need to take a good look at your sleep, diet, and excersize.

                We produce Testosterone in our sleep. This is why morning wood happens. As soon as you get below 7 or 8 hours of sleep, T-production exponentially decreases.

                Diet is about what is going into the body. This has two sides, what to have and what not to. Adequate amounts of zinc especially, as well as other vitamins and nutrients play a vital role in blood flow. Blood flow is the key to good erections (hense viagra).
                The other part is what not to do. Insulin spikes and inflammatory foods will restrict flow. So a diet high in carbs/sugars/dairy can cause EQ to drop.

                And of course excersize explains itself. Heavier weight training will produce higher T and HGH levels, as well as more muscle means less fat, body fat creates estrogen and cortisol which have inverse effects of Testosterone.
                And cardio of couse improves cardiovascular health, a good cardiovascular system will deliver more blood to your johnson.

                So thats where you'll have to self assess a bit and see where you lie on the ED scale and try to figure out whats hindering your EQ

                  Thanks Dstyle for the info! So if I am getting quality erections there is probably no chance i have an injury? If so, I feel like I am definitely at a point where i can go a little further with PE and see what happens. Appreciate the time
