Long story short i started pegym about 6 months ago with the jp 90 program and i have absolutely no gains in bpel or eg. After 4 months i took a deconditioning break and started again by adding hanging to my routine. So for about 2 months and a half now i am also hanging and i reached 10 lbs... With no gains again... I am desperate, what can i do next?? I lost all hope, all those hour streching jelquing and hanging was all for nothing. I m waiting for your reply.
