  • should i add seated las or bed fowfer into my jp90 routine if so how?

    beginner been doing jp90 for month or so and wondering if seated las or bed fowfer would interfere with my potential gains ect? im looking to include these stretches into my pe routine as the past two days i have done them i feel like it has helped my flacid, my concern is will this slow or stop gains.

    my pi is fine should i include bed fowfer and seated las into my pe if so how should it be done?

      including seated las? that wont overtrain my penis? also are bed fowfers done all night while i sleep? or is that too much?

        Once you fall asleep you'll move and release the pressure. I do 30- 45 minutes before I go to sleep or have wild cray unimaginable sex!

          i normally put a pillow in place as it more comfy imo and gives a stretch and prevents potential turtling but i'll do it without pillow like you said, what about seated las do you have an opinion on them?

            If you do them for 30- 40 minutes or so before bed you don't really need to do more.
