I find it's easier for me to stretch I pull just under the penis head and pull down for 15 seconds
When I get the chance i might pull for 30 seconds each rep. Will this increase size is there a penis routine for this?

Yes manual stretching will most likely give you an increase in size.
You want to work at 30 seconds. Build up the intensity of the stretch rather than the time.https://www.pegym.com/forums/progres...bulge-log.html

I'm going to say its doubtful. You are stretching it, but not actually doing anything to induce growth. It's like doing a warming up stretch before exercise, but without the exercise.
I did 6 months just stretching, no gains. But once I adding in other things, gains came.03/2015 Start <Able to last ~ 2 mins PIV>

I really think it just depends on each person, I've been on a manual-only routine for 2.5 months and I'm seeing some nice gains.
To the OP: i would say the details matter. I think warming-up in a hot shower or with some sort of heating device is crucial and shouldn't be overlooked. I think PC muscle exercises are crucial, because developing EQ ("erection quality" for the noobs") is vital as well, it's part of the gains to me. I think having 4-5 different stretches, with the correct grip-positioning and adequate amounts of tension is key, and increasing that tension subtly every week or so, increasing that intensity as your body adjusts. I think edging is important. I think cumming to porn is not good.
We all have our opinions, but I think the point is listening to everyone's methods on the forum and finding what works best for you. I think it's very evident that people have gains with manual routines, as well as device-only routines, so it's just a matter of choosing what works for your body3/25/19 STARTING - 6.25" BPEL x 5.2" EGB

I think we have to differentiate between "a manual-only routine" and what the OP was asking, just stretching. It is very possible to make significant gains with a manual only routine. However, I stand by my original point, just stretching with out any complementary exercise will not produce much gains.
As I was saying.
Opinions are plentiful, but we can also look at the big gainers and the success stories and see that certain things work over and over. the JP90 is a proven conditioning routine. Big Al has a great deal of followers of the Jelq Free.
We can look at these things methodically and see that certain exercises do work for the majority. We can also see that going slow is beneficial, as is taking strategic breaks. It is all well and good to look around and see what works best for you, but we also have to take into account what generally has not worked for anyone.03/2015 Start <Able to last ~ 2 mins PIV>
