    Okay so I've had this problem for awhile, and I also know it's not good for size gains when you ejaculate. So I would workout and edge, and after 3 days my balls would randomly turn blue at work (metaphorically speaking) which sucks because I'm a construction worker doing physically demanding work. Imagine doing that shit with blue balls. Absolutely terrible.
    I tried stopping edging, like edging just not getting anywhere close to the PONR. I'm currently cutting off porn cause I think that might be the culprit (use it to keep hard during a workout). Maybe my body was only meant to go 2 days and cum on the third idk?
    I was also wondering if anyone has this experience or if I'm the only one I guess. I would also like to know how long other guys go without busting a nut.

    How long before I ejaculae has changed as I aged . These days I can go multi edging sessions without ejaculation when I was young I ejaculated multi times a day.

      Its the edging not the semen retention. You're "loading" up then not shooting.

        Pegasus- I'm 26, so I'm fairly young. So that might be a reason?

        D6ggy9tyle - it was right away. For long periods of time 25 min or so edging that "feel good point" so the whole session was prolly a solid 45 min, however I edge and uli now, but the edging ain't even really edging. It's more or less just stroking it till it gets fairly hard, so I dont get even close to the feel good point, but it still happens. I was thinking porn might of made everything tighter down there, so currently testing out that. I'd like to go 4 days without busting.

            I agree. You can develop what is called a spermicidal cyst and it hurts. Back when I had bad masturbation habits, that happened to me. I think once you train yourself a little longer it will tend to fade. For now I would just let it go until your body can build up that tolerance

                Bisquick61- I thought it could've been something like that.


                I just hit the 4 day mark though without any pain and no porn, however I drank in the middle of that time period and for some reason drinking resets it. Usually it hits during work/ after I shit/ or during gym. I've had it hit right before a party and drinking stopped it. I've also had it hit at work, fell asleep during a half hour break (can pretty much sleep anywhere), and woke up with it gone (but tender).

                  This sounds pelvic floor reelated ?

                  Are you doing any pelvic floor training like kegels , reverse kegels etc?

                  Modern life tends to tighten the pf .

                    I'm 22 been on a semen retention mission for about a month now. I've been doing my PE, edging, and avoiding any porn. I get blue balls all the time when I edge I just know that the momentary satisfaction is nothing compared to the benefits of holding it in. It's mentally challenging, if you can stop cumming then you will be surprised at how much of a positive impact it has on almost everything in your life.

                        This semen retention thing is outright strange .
                        To be clear while I do not ejaculate every session myself I am not in favour of long periods of non ejaculation .
                        I don;t see the sense in it and don't think it's healthy .
                        It seems to have some sort of religous basis .
                        It's proponents profess vague non medically measurable benifits ,
                        My experience is I bcome on edge and agro ,anything over a week lowers libido and I am concerned re prostate effects.

                          If your body really needs to ejaculate, it will through a wet dream so there's no reason to ejaculate after edging in my opinion unless you hella over did it and you loaded up so much thats its painful not to finish.

                          But here again, I'm curious to know if its possible to not create excessive amount of semen during prolonged sexual stimulation. It seems to me that semen creation is correlated by the level of arousal. Yet I'd be curious to know if there is a way to be absolutely rockhard and edging for a long time without storing a lot of semen.

                            Loads after extended edging are larger . Of course as I said I do not ejaculate every session so this leaves large loads.

                              Pegasus - ha, yeah i do have a tight pelvic floor. It's pretty strong though too. I sometimes feel muscles spasms to loosen up, other times I feel slight pain (pretty mild though) from random areas in the pelvic floor. I quit edging, but I do strike the dude to get hard for workouts. I'm trying to go 4 days straight up based on the information these forms have provided me in that ejaculating lowers gains. There was a poll awhile back showing gains from members who ejaculated during every workouts vs those who didnt for days. The average gains were much higher for those who didnt ejaculate. I'll try to incorporate some pelvic floor relaxing stretches/exercises in. I do edge the day I decide to bust though.

                              MasterSchlort- you would think so, but I rarely have wet dreams. Maybe 7 times a year.
