    Hello all. It's been awhile since I last posted on these forums and I have decided to dip back into PE after recovering from a rather anxiety inducing experience a couple years ago. This time, instead of trying to use tools at the start, I'm going to stick to nothing but manual stretching, jelqing and eventually ulis and squeezes once I'm better conditioned. But I have a few questions stemming from the first few exercises I've done.

    First, how realistic do you think my goal of 1-1.25 inches in length and .5-.75 inches in girth is? I don't expect these gains to happen overnight, but I'm hoping that I can reach this goal within 12-24 months. Also, I was thinking about splitting my routine as a 2 on 1 off with length and girth exercises being done on seperate days. I don't think I can spend more than 30-45 minutes a day doing pe so I figure why not split my targeted training up that way I can do one full day of stretching and one full day of jelqing/ulis and squeezes once I'm conditioned enough.

    Finally, I seem to be running into a problem where I get erect during my stretches. I've read that stretching is supposed to kill your EQ but it doesn't seem to be doing that to me. I tried doing my stretches laying down today and I didn't get hard as quick as before but I still started getting erect about half way through my very quick session.

    Any advice anyone could give me on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

      I did originally. I got an erection even faster than when I was laying down. I've never had this happen to me before the other times I have tried stretching. I do take BlueChew as well but I've had it before and stretched and never had this problem. Stretching is just gonna be something I do before I go to bed as my routine is going to be more jelq heavy but still. It's an important part of growth so I'm a little discouraged that I might not be able to do it as effectively as I should.

        I just gained about 1" in length and .3" in girth in 3 months time (granted I was obsessively committed and had zero lapses). All manual routine, mostly emphasising length stretches, I used my bathmate a little in the beginning but then stopped using it as much. So what you're aiming for is definitely possible, and even I'm shocked by it sometimes... I used to scour these forums years ago and constantly convince myself that it just isn't possible to get your penis bigger (thank god I'm wrong). I'm half way into my 3rd month and I think I might be plateauing, so I will have to change up my routine and exercises, but that's a different story.

        My EQ has greatly improved from doing PE, and like I said I've been focusing mostly on manual length exercises, so I don't see how that could damage your EQ. I do a good amount of PC muscle exercises as well as manual stretching/jelqing, so I think the combination of PC muscle exercises + no porn + no masturbation really really helps EQ a lot.

        Getting erect during stretches used to be an issue in the very beginning, but I've learned to stay focused on the exercises and not think about women/sex etc. I'm not a veteran at this but I would imagine doing everything standing and sitting is best, since lying down will not give you the best leverage to create the proper tension in a given stretch. I do mostly everything standing. I recommend you try to mentally overcome this issue of getting erect while stretching, it goes away eventually once you start consistently doing PE with discipline. Just stick with it and train your mind to focus on the exercises. Warming up is important (I do a hot shower warm-up), and doing PC muscle exercises is vital as well.

          Nice gains, that's pretty much what I'm after. Honestly, if it wasn't for the fact that of my race, I probably wouldn't be so into doing this. The pressure to live up to a stereotype is really annoying. I'm not small by any means (6.5-7 inches NBP depending on arousal and 5.1-5.25 inches at my thickest point also depending on arousal) but I just feel like I would be a little more confident if I was rocking a 7.5-8 inch member with 5.5-5.75 in girth instead.

          I'm thinking of doing a routine I found on another forum called the linear routine. It's not nearly as intense as a lot of the beginner programs I've found on forums and it seems like there are a lot of people who gain pretty well from exercises that don't last an hour plus. So my idea is to do length stretches on one day and do jelqing and girth work another. So a 2 on, 1 off routine. I'll be sure to add de-conditioning breaks in as well as I've heard those can help with getting past a plateau.

          Good luck to you as well. I'm not sure what you're NBP are but I'd say your already approaching the Goldilocks zone, which I read is somewhere in the 7-8 inch NBP and 5.25-5.75 inch girth region. Some of the sizes I've read on here are crazy and I'm not sure if I would ever want those. Just an improvement over what I have now so I can enter legit big but not huge territory.
