    Hi there guys.

    Hoping I can get some good helpful advice here.

    I began jelqing around 2 years ago and been trying on and off multiple times but never found much success. I had moments where eq was amazing and then days where it wasn't there anymore and it just kind of varied all the time and was never consistent.

    The most consistent I got was because of stamina training alone which started to improve hardness after around 2 weeks and then continued for the next 4 weeks after but stopped due to a house guest moving in and no private time.

    Now things are getting much worse... my eq is totally degrading and I rarely get morning wood at all anymore. Maybe once or twice a week. I NEVER get night wood now and I can only get an erection through stimulation rather than sexual thoughts and Fantasies like before. Even when I get an erection it doesn't stay long unless I am using it. If I don't touch it seems to only stay a minute or 2 before going down again except for rare instances with MW.

    Before when I jelqed I would sometimes get extremely good night wood and morning wood but again it was never constant but still I had moments of great 10/10 eq improvement. Now I get almost no reaction! During the exercises my penis still grows due to blood flow and I feel slight response and pins and needles feeling in the penis but there's no night wood or anything happening and eq still seems poor.

    I've recently started to do a nofap challenge in the hopes to completely reset my body but even here I am seeing some negative things happening :/ I have no problem stopping porn and Masterbating but before if I'd stop for 5 days without touching my dick I would be extremely horny and it would be extremely hard to resist and most times I would fail and end up jerking it but now it's like I'm not that interested and am finding it much easier. My sex drive has completely degraded almost. Right now I am still in nofap process yet am jelqing along side and have occasional sex when I see the girlfriend once a week or so but I feel everything just getting worse when really I am trying hard to try and improve my eq and eventually my size but since I started i had the best results in the beginning and since it's just been downhill

    Currently I have just began jelqing again alongside not fapping and I'm 21 days into no fap and 3 days into jelqing once again. I am going to try do the jp90 at 5 days straight with 2 off in hopes that the consistent jelqing will improve my eq. Usually I do 2 on 1 off. But please let me know if anyone has anymore helpful advice because I really want to solve this. I am only 24 and my penis quality should not be degrading this young :S my penis has an upward curve and I read this can eventually lead to ED but I don't want it to happen at all if I can avoid it :S

    Hey dude, I'm not the most experienced here so will let other chime in but here's my 2c.

    Firstly, a drop in EQ and the pins and needles you mentioned sound like negative PI's. This could be your penis being over worked, sometimes the less is more mentality can help. However, without knowing the specifics about your routine its hard to say.

    It could also be mental. Understandingly, you seem pretty worked up on your EQ issue and I can only imagine the more you worry about it the worse it gets. The more pressure you put on yourself the more likely it will happen, similar to premature ejaculation.

    I'd say follow what you new plan is, stick to a tried and tested routine like JP90 on the 2/1 schedule you mentioned and just listen to your body. I'd recommend reading some of the info on positive / negative PI's, there's info on this at the 'Start Here' section on the top left. Also, easier than it sounds but try not to beat yourself up too much on the EQ, everyone goes through these stages and small changes will not doubt help. Be healthy, try not to stress, listen to your body and make sure you do proper warm-ups.

      I would stop touching your unit at all right now. Maybe give it a couple of weeks. Then reassess yourself. Pay attention to your PI’s and see how you feel. Sounds like with your PE and porn usage that your unit is over worked. I would also stay away from the porn. The curve in your penis has nothing to do with ED. It’s just how it’s shaped.

        I would have to agree that your anxiety over this is playing a big part of it now.
        To totally satisfy a woman sexually is not about having a large penis, it's about being a good lover.

          Well you are all probably right. I was just reading about peyronie's disease that's a curve in the penis and can eventually result in ED but I think I am just worrying myself.

          Anyway I stopped touching my unit for like 2 months exercise wise and recently started on nofap but it wasn't helping much though I'm still going without a release in over a week! I just save myself for sex rn and no masturbation. besides I haven't really been that horny anyway and it's been easy to stop.

          BUT... I have been jelqing for the past 5 days now and doing a 2 day rest rn but yesterday I finally felt something positive again. It was much easier to notice due to not doing anything for so long, the tiniest of changes are noticeable. So yesterday for the first time in a while I felt very horny! I was so tempted to watch porn but I didn't and my mind was constantly thinking about sex for hours. Theres a good slight but noticeable pulsing feeling in my unit but there's no pain or anything and although I haven't had any new NW or MW, when I did get an erection by stimulation it was noticeably stronger than it was the past few days... I am going to take a 2 day break and continue with a 5 on 2 off jelqing session to prioritise EQ.

          I Will eventually work back in exercises and edging but right now I am just going to take it slow based on past experiences that have never gave me results and I have been trying on and off for like 2 years and it sucks all that time has been for nothing and i've made no gains! I refuse to give up though but I am just going to take it slow for now.

          At the minute I am just doing a 30 minute session. 10 min warm up, 150 jelqs, 90 v jelqs and a 5 min warm down. Will it be possible to gain anything from jelqing alone? I know I should be incorporating stretches and squeezes too but sometimes it can be too much for my unit and it doubles the time of the exercise. People have had results from just jelqing right? Anyways I will probably just take it slow for around a month of jelqing alone before bringing back the exercises 1 by 1. as soon as I see something happening I know i'll be on the right track but it never really happened for me as of yes :S but I'll persevere!

            I agree with the above, stop training for a while snd let your weapon heal
            However L’Arginine is a miricle worker for me, improves EQ massively, just 1 per day. Costs like £5 from holland and barrett. Its amazing for EQ

                It's OK. I already stopped exercises for a while now and just recently went back and am noticing some improvements. I didn't jelq for like the past 2 months or something but I guess my baseline EQ with no training is just poor lol. I am only a week into a fresh routine and I can already notice improvement after just a few jelqing sessions with kegals but nothing else. I still haven't got my night wood back and morning wood is still just some days there and some days not but I have noticed that I have been getting horny more easily, longer hanging flaccid, easier to get an erection and stronger when I get one. So I'm on the right track... I'm just going to take it slow and just do jelqing and nothing else for now and slowly add exercises in as time progresses... Just want to prioritise my EQ as of now and who knows maybe get some gains from jelqing alone on the way after a month or so... Just going to be cautious...

                    OK. Is it normal to have less response after a few days training? The first 3 days I was extremely horny and had a pulsing feeling through my penis and better erections. But my last 3 sessions have been less so.... I still have better EQ overall I feel but I am not as horny and don't feel as much response as before... but believe I am in the positive PI zone still... nothing bad is happening but I am not getting that super apparent response I am looking for... afraid to push it further though because I feel 150 jelqs and 90 v jelqs is enough to be starting with... Might do a 5 on 2 off but want to take it easy just in case as I have had problems before...
