Currently at 6.18" BPEL (not a lick of fat on me) and exactly 5 EG. From everything I've read, that's completely average and fine. Probably on the upper portion of average. But for some reason, in these past few years, I've gotten more and more self conscious. Long story short, I found this forum.
If it's POSSIBLE to improve my size, I'm going to try it. Be all I can be. So here goes.
Currently starting with JP's 90, as well as going off of a beginner guide that says to start with only 3 sessions per week, working up to 2 a day for 5 days a week on the 6th week and then taking a week off.
My current routine:
So 10 minute warm up.
30 second stretches in all directions with circling for each one
(going to research kegels after the first week)
3 sets of 50 wet Jelqs and 30 V Jelqs.
And then a 10 minute warm down.
If I make ANY gains after checking on that 6th week, I'll go for a 2 a day 5 times a day on the 7th week. But we'll see.

I started a lighter variation of JP90 twice in my life. And in both times found that even that lighter version was to much.
Also I think we differ in our bodies and intensity so its best to pay much attention to the PI's. I personally gained from a very lighter version of JP while not gaining when doing a more intense close to the source version of it.
Happy PE'ing !
