    Hi everyone,

    I'm living in Asia and apartments here are rather small (actually mine is just a room with a bathroom inside it). Last month my roommate went back to his hometown, so I have time alone and have finished 20 sessions of JP's 90 Beginner Routine. Haven't seen any gain yet, but I do feel better about my EQ. I still cannot hold an erection long enough to perform other EQ exercise like towel raise, but I'll be consistent.

    The problem is that now my roommate is back and I rarely have time alone. There's no way I'm telling him about my PE because it's too much for my pride. I get up earlier so I figure doing PE in the morning when he is asleep will be best for me, but a JP's 90 session takes me almost 2 hours to complete, which is not very suitable for my situiation anymore.

    I'm trying my best to improve my EQ and size, and I want to find a routine which is short (30-45 minutes) and still efficient enough to condition my unit). Have anyone experience the same situation? Please give me your advice.

    So your apartment is literally just a living room with a bathroom in it? You don't have any privacy?

      Yes. In a bigger city like where I'm living we usually say "rent a room" instead of "rent an apartment". Our country is small and crowded, so that's okay. Of course I want to move to a better place for my privacy but that won't happen any time soon because I am currently unemployed.

        You could cut volume by x2 and increase the amount of days you do PE. JP90 shouldn't take you two hours though. It should take an hour, tops. And that's if you are doing 5 second long jelqing strokes. Anything longer than that, and you are probably bs'ing.

          I dont know why my sessions took so long. I often warmup with a heating pad for 10-15 minutes, then move to stretching for around 15 minutes. My hands often get tired quickly during stretching, so I have to switch hands after every 5 big circle.

          I grab my unit directly behind the glan, some people say we should grab it about one inch behind the glan but I dont understand how it is possible, because you have to have something blocking your hand from sliding right?

          Then I do my wet jelq and V jelq. I wonder if I did something wrong here. I stroke both hands and count that as one rep, which means if one stroke is counted as one rep then in one session I did 300 jelq and 180 V jelq. Each stroke last about 3-4 seconds, plus gap duration between each stroke for switching hands so the time I need to finish this part is about 45 minutes or more.

          Finally I clean up and warm down with heating pad for 10-15 minutes. In total one session costs me around 1.5 ~ 2h. Sometime I edge after jelq, which costs more time.

          Did I do something wrong here guys?

            Does the bathroom have an actual bathtub, or a shower, where you can only stand? If you have a bathtub, fill it up with water, and tell the roommate you've fucked up your hip or a knee when doing sports or something, and you're soaking yourself in a bath with epsom salts or whatever, to help get rid of the pain That's what I do to complete my 20-25 minute edging sessions, also living with not one, but two roommates. It seems to do trick.

              yes back when i started PE I didnt have much time. I would jelq maybe 30-60 minutes and do some manual stretching. You can do other exercises as well like hanging more for length, pumping more for girth, erect kegels in a pump have helped me with ED, you could also get an extender.

                How often are you masterbating? And do you take any medications that could be causing your ED?

                  Thanks for all your advice. My bathroom only has a shower, no bathtub, so there's no way to trick my roommate

                  I heard that advanced exercises like pumping, hanging or erect kegels should only be done after you have conditioned your unit well. Is that true? or I can just begin doing them now?

                  I used to masturbate a lot, and was addicted to porn. Many good guys here convinced me that porn was the main factor causing my ED, so I gave it up completely. I suffered terrible withdrawal effects, like severe headache and loosing desire, but things seem fine now. It's been more than a month, and I only see minor improvement in my EQ, but it's better than nothing.

                  Other benefits I got from quitting porn includes clearer mind and more energy. I also change my lifestyle completely. I used to live a sedentary lifestyle, eating a lot of junk food. Now I go to the gym 6 times a week, 2 of them are cardio, work my ass off and stick to a healthy diet. I've seen great muscle gain, fat loss and more energy. The only problem is that I become extremely gassy, which means I fart a lot throughout the day . I guess my body is adapting to the new diet that contains a lot of fiber, so I'll give it time.

                  I've just finished another PE session. My roommate went out so I warmed up and did wet jelq for ~15 minutes. I guess that's how I'll do my PE from now on, my goal is to condition my penis and wait for opportunity to move to another place where I have more privacy and start doing advanced exercises.

                  Do you guys think 15 minutes of jelqing a day is enough for conditioning my unit? Or do I need to add stretching, edging, and other exercise?

                    Use farts to your advantage, gas your roommate out! I'm not exactly sure about conditioning, but as far as EQ goes - edging and kegels are the core exercises. Kegels strenghten your PC muscle, making it stronger. Edging keeps your penis in it's maximum erection for a significant amount of time, supplying it with nutrient rich blood. Definetely devote some time to edging. But no way do it with porn. Try to get away with erotic visualisations in your mind, or best, none at all.

                      Also, ever thought of adding extenders to the mix? They are scientifically proven to enlarge the penis permanently. You could get hours of stretching without even having to worry about privacy. Just put the extender on in the bathroom and wear it throughout the day.

                        You may be better off going to a store that has a private bathroom. You may not be able to warm up or down but you'll have more favorable conditions. It never took me even close to 2 hours to do the JP90. It it helps, split the routine.

                          With no privacy it will be hard to conceal it. Even if you can hide the bulge you still gotta move differently. Sitting down and standing up is challenging and sometimes you gotta walk like you got a peg leg.

                            how do you do none at all? like not thinking of any person? if I dont imagine someone like say a girl I saw , it doesnt seem to work. or a previous sexual encounter, or a cyber sex where the girl and I wrote it out, out some erotica, Or if I dont think of a porn scene ive seen.

                              yeah I wouldnt go into public or work with an extender on. Youre boss might take you aside because coworkers showed concern about the bulge in you pants. hahaha Burrito.
