Hey man. My routine is this: 1 day on, 1 day off AM workouts - 50 squeezes, then clamp for 10-15m after the squeezes. Then I hit the gym, and pump for 10-20m in the shower afterwards. Then depending on PI's i'll pump in the evening too. Sometimes i will pump 20m on my rest day, but only depending on PI's.
I'm no longer wearing my extender, just because its a huge pain in the ass to wear all the time. I'm doing manual stretches at night, and thinking about starting hanging.
