I've tried to get into jelqing multiple times by doing the JP90 routine, which everyone says is the best starter routine, but it just isn't working for me. I'm confident that I did it correctly, but even when I cut it down to 2 days on 1 day off instead of doing it all week and then taking weekend off like the post recommends, I still had negative PIs like decreased horniness, decreased erect size, pain, numbness, and less control over ejaculation. Anyone else experience the same issue and moved to a different starter routine that was more successful?

What should I do if JP90 is too much?

To totally satisfy a woman sexually is not about having a large penis, it's about being a good lover.

Dude try the jelq-free routine. I'm a few months into PE and fairly well conditioned, but I think if you started with low reps it'd be fine. I prefer the squeeze to jelqs personally.Start: 5/28/2019 BPEL - 6.25, EG - 4.75
Current:10/1/2021 BPEL - 7.5, EG - 5.625

Experiment/trial and error/search for what works; very important.
