  • I'm loosing desire and EQ

    Hi everyone,

    I started doing PE 1 month ago, and today I've finished my 18th JP's90 session.

    I came here hoping to fix my ED and increase my size, so in addition to jelq I also do kegel, reverse kegel, edging after each session, and I quit porn completely about 3 weeks ago (I used to be very heavy on porn). I also lift again and follow a strict diet to improve my overall health.

    After the first 2 weeks, I can see some improvement in my EQ, but recently I find myself loosing desire for sex. It's hard for me to get hard by stimulating my unit alone, even with my imagination, so edging is really difficult. My morning wood is still there, but less intense. My PE session is also worse. Normally I just jelq at 20-30% erection level because remaining 60-70% is not easy for me. Is what I'm doing a waste of time? (I measured my unit today, no improvement in size).

    Lately the idea of watching porn again keep coming back to me, but I swear I will quit it for good (porn is the main contributor to my misery I believe). Please give me some advice because I won't quit but I don't want to waste time doing low quality session either.

    How often are you taking rest days?

    When training - do you approach your workouts with a neutral or motivated mindset, or do you stress over perceived issues with your penis?

    What about potential outside stressors?

      I follow JP90's routine, so I do PE 5 days on and 2 days off. My mindset is mostly neutral, but someday I feel really motivated. I don't think I stress too much because I'm aiming for long term.

      It's really hot these days in a tropical country like mine and it affects my mood and energy level a little bit.

        It would be a good idea if you were able to log ant correlations between your training and any outside factors to see if there's a connection. It's bery likely you'll note a drop in productivity on the days where you're stressed or de-energized.

        On days of extreme stress you might consider leaving it for rest.

          So 2 things come to mind.
          Firstly you could still be recovering from porn.
          Second excessive volume in the gym tiring you.

            Start 9/30/18: NPBEL - 7.14" / MSEG - 5.25" - BEG - 5.5"/ EQ - 7/10 / BPEL - 8.15"

            Current: NBPEL - 7.5" / MSEG - 5.45" - BEG - 5.75" / EQ - 8/10 / BPEL - 8.5"

              So things are pretty strange for me lately. After posting this thread I suffer some bad headaches, just like when I quit coffee a few months ago. Two days later my headache's gone, and I felt much more energetic throughout the day. My desire for sex rocketed, erection become much easier. I rarely think about porn, but most of the time I think about real girls and real sex.

              I didn't jelq until today. I leave out stretching because I read somewhere that stretching can affect EQ. During the session I am able to maintain 50-80% EQ with no problem, unlike a few days ago.

              So I try to convince myself that those headaches are porn withdrawal symtom, and now the they're over I am finally over porn. (I can resist coming back much better now, and I will continue not watching those stuff).

              I will try my normal routine including stretching tomorrow and see how it goes, but is that okay for me to stretch after jelqing or stretch at another time of the day? Is there any benefits of stretching right before jelqing?
