Can simply doing kegels help restore morning wood?
I do not get any morning wood, nor do i get random or spontaneous erections during the day or at anytime really. I am however able to achieve decent erections with EQ in the range of the 9 - 10 mark when I stimulate myself enough for PE.
Thoughts or ideas?
