    Is there no interaction between users?
    Is this site for profit only?
    I opened several discussions with no answers!
    I think there is a second purpose, the economic and cash services?
    There is no user interaction how is it possible?

    The US had it's Thanksgiving Holiday yesterday, and is planned to have a big Shopping Holiday & weekend following it. Keep in mind you are in a European time zone, so that will have an effect.
    Be patient, I hope your concerns are addressed soon.

        One thing ... I take a break from PEGYM every few days of training but following the time .. type: 12:00 training, break until 12 o'clock the next day is it ok like that?

          I like 5 or 6 days of training, 1 day off. Sundays was my rest day.

          Just be careful to not do too much, or use excessive force. When in doubt, go easier.

            No its not ok like that.
            Rest days are full rest days and you have to take them no matter the type of PE training you do.
            By this you are allowing your penis parts and PF to be relieved from the tensions and recuperate.

              Ok Ok I understand .. but I also read about some users who did not practice any break during training .. I have already practiced this training years ago .. according to you a break is always mandatory or not ..

              I report the same question to you too, I read that some users even practice continuous months of training without a break .. how is this possible? Can it work?

                Yes you can make gains without taking rest days. The question should be which way will maximize your gains. I think most here will agree that you would do better with rest days.

                  OK my training is going on like this:


                  -Warm 5 Min
                  -Jelquing 25 Min changing intensity and increasing up to Jelq and squeezing (slow)
                  -Jelquing 10 Min (fast) low intensity of tightening.
                  -V Jelq 25 Reps
                  -Uli 5/7 Reps

                  Elicopter snake 30 dx 30 sx

                  -Warm down

                  Ps : Kegel / Kegel reverse a part of the training practically all day.

                  Result: flaccid penis longer and thicker throughout the day for all days, Rapid erection with any excitement.


                  I have no side effects or pains that I cannot train. Obviously I feel a minimum something because I have the penis in training, so I feel it warmer.


                  For now, I haven't taken any breaks yet.


                  Last training session at 5pm yesterday.
