Ok so first of all my bpel is 7 1/2 inches. Is that pretty good? If I measured the part that the women would actually "experience" its only 6" My girth is 6" so I was wondering if anyone knew any good Tunica exersizes I should do involing JUST LENGTH.My girth is good where its at, I just need length now. Please and Thank you!

I have a question are you saying your bpel is 7.5" and your nbpel is 6"? If so you should get on a weight loss routine.
If you are 7.5" by 6" you are in proportion and should do a balanced routine.

In the beginers section you will see JP's 90 beginer routine. This is the normal starting point and I think woul suit you. After you have completed this ,see what your gains have been and adjust accordingly
