Hey, I am looking for a routine exclusively made for length since I am already satisfied in my girth size. Also, I need to know the intensity of the stretch.

have you done a conditioning routine like the JP90? If not, that is a good way to start, then once done, look at how to tailor for yourself.
Best thing to do is read through the Exercises section then look through the START HERE! stuff and create your own routine targeting length.
Spend some time and it will reap rewards,
