    Hello Forum,

    About a month has passed since my last posts on here and things did not really improve.
    Turtling a day after PEs still happened but adding to that a weird increase in skin tissue that starts to make my current member look smaller if not stretched out of the pubic bone region. Its like its getting slowly sucked in or something.
    Are my reps for JP90 really that aggressive for that to happen? I even reduced my days for it (1 day on 3 days off).

    Current reps:

    4x
    22 Helicopter Shakes
    27 Kegel-Stretch
    12 (l/r each) Circle Stretches

    3x
    55 Wet Jelqs
    35 V-Jelqs

    I am really discouraged to go on and even continue with other routines after the JP90, since it seems like shitty genes are just fighting back too vehemently to allow any improvements in that regard.

    But I am still open to constructive exchange of opinions/suggestions or atleast a basis to start anew.

    bro imnot expert but i think 1 month training cant get you anything

    go to the gym everyday , avoid drugs and alcohol , avoid cigarettes , eat healthy , avoid porn , and practice dick training for a year or two years consistent

    ^^ i think only this can ( no 100% ) get you gains

    i have same problem im around average 18.5 cm i need to be 21 cm
    i will practice this for 2 years constantly and if i see no gains i will quit

    its stupid to give up after 1 month

      No, you misunderstood. Its just been 'a month' since I last posted here on the beginner forum. I'm doing this almost a year with one successful 3 months of JP90 (not much gains but no backfires atleast), one interrupted due to similar problems posted above (overworking) and this current one, that sure as well doesn't look really great in the gains-department.

        yea man , i saw after you finish Beginner training you start some advanced training with exercises like clamping,horse squeeze ... do you complete that aswell ?

        also do you take drugs or alcohol daily ?

        maybe try some device i ordered bathman eXtreme and use in combination with jelq and strech

        i do this trainimg

        5 min warmup
        10 strech in every direction.
        250 jelq
        5 min warmdown
        50 kegel

          What are you talking about, I never transitioned to those exercises let alone mention it here?
          And no, I do not intake either drugs or alcohol at all.

            Yea that was my point , if u train for 1 year i think you should transition into those exercises

            after beginner training 3-4 month you should transition into advanced training

            im mot expert but my friend is porn actor and he said to me he practiced those exercises and get gains

              I recommend getting a pump and an extender.
              Start: 5/28/2019 BPEL - 6.25, EG - 4.75
              Current: 5/23/2021 BPEL - 7.5, EG - 5.625
              Long Term Goal: BPEL - 8, EG - 6
