Now I do exercises 5 times a week (2 days on, one day off, three days on, one day off).
I wear an extender for one hour a day only on training days.
I will add 20 minutes avery week unlit I reach 4 hours.
I do stretching exercise from JP's 90 Day routine and 200 jelqs (50 x4 witch short 1-2 minutes breaks for waching porn with milfs). In several days I will add 50 jelqs and it will be my routine for few mounts. Maybe I will add next 50 jelqs next mounts. Lets see what will happend.
