  • Just trying to get a review of my routine by someone experienced

    I am 2 and half months into PEing and I don't know if my routine is okay

    I start with basic stretching in all directions - 30 sec each
    Then , I go to side to side stretch for 12 minutes with 30 sec rest after each 3 minutes. I incorporate kegels during the rest period.
    after stretching , I jelq for 9 minutes and then rest for a minute
    then i do v jelqs for 4 minutes and rest for a minute again
    then i do mini jelqs for 4 minutes followed by a minute of rest
    I end my routine with side-side jelqs for 2and half minutes.

    I am varying my stretches every 24 days.
    I did 20 minutes of total PE for my first 6weeks and then switched to 30-40 minutes after. Is my routine okay or does it have too much of jelqing??
    And also will friction heated lubes be okay for warm ups ?? Cause I feel that i can warm my penis up much faster that way. I warm up for 5-7 minutes.
    Any comment and suggestions would be of much help .

          It's been more towards a positive side. Did hurt a little bit after going for a longer time. I think that's maybe because I gripped too hard. Went for a lighter grip , and its all fine now.
