  • When to up the intensity?

    So I'm back doing jp90 and while already experiencing new EQ gains, I'm sure within 3-6 months I will plateau. What are some key signs I should watch for that indicate need for more intensity?
    Short in height, long in length ;p

    It is often suggested to move from jp90 to the Advanced Jelq Free Routine as a means of upping the ante. After about a month on jp90, I just started adding jelqs over time. Like adding 75 jelqs to that part of my routine each week or something like that. As you add volume, if your PIs go negative or you otherwise get fatigued, take an extra day and/or back off on the jelq reps a bit.
