    Hey guys,
    I just need a little help regarding the girth because I've jelqing for about 2 months 3 day on 1 day off for about an hour and my erect length showed no change, only the flaccid gains and some foreskin :/
    My EL is 6.2 I'll measure the girth properly and update you guys but I can guess it's 5 inches.

    So im thinking that 6.2 inches should be a decent length so maybe I should work on my girth so please help me out.
    And yeah Im rn not in a position to invest money on this as of now so just workouts and all would be fine.
    Also I've started working out even more to lose fat and get more length.

    Any help is much appreciated guys!

    I'm not expert as i am just beginning but an hour seems like a long time have you tried just 20 minutes?

      How is your EQ? Morning wood?

      You may just be undertraining. If you look at your PIs, (physiological indicators), you can give us a better idea on the intensity of your training.

            EQ= Erection Quality.
            Any exercise can be ineffective if done LESS or MORE than it should.
            1h of jelqing is way too much for any kind of condition.

              Yeah I'd say me Eq is not in it's best shape rn I have little stress issues plus after leaving jelq i kinda feel like my penis is a bit slaggy ish or weak.

              It's not as hard as it would go during the initial jelq days and recently I've noticed fewer boners.
              Im working out well daily I dont know what this is.

              I will try your Arm and Shoot technique and let you know if this works for me.

                    Aint no way I'm jelqing with my hand for no hour lmao. I hate the 100-200 3-5 second jelqs I do now. Nope, I do PE at night and wish to not spend 2 hours doing it because its tedious as is. Love the gains that can be made but lets be honest. Who wants to tug on they member 2 hours a day and see small progess if any?

                      Jelq device can make all the difference. It's more powerful and consistent. My version of a perfect girth workout is as follows:

                      Jelq (hands or device)
                      Squeezes
                      Pump
                      Clamping

                      Each exercise get more intense and by the time you clamp you are all loosened up and that tissue expansion really gets to happening.

                      2016 (5 1/2 x 4 1/2) > 2017 (7 5/8 x 5 5/8) > 2020 (8 x 5 3/4) > Oct 2021 (7 1/2 x 5 3/4)
