  • Exercises laying down

    Long story short. I'm looking for exercises I can do laying down besides jelq and stretch. I have limited motion at the moment because my back issues

    Pretty much everything I do I can do standing, sitting, or lying down. I'm entirely manual. I started with a lot of stretching, then started emphasizing jelqing. Currently, I do 5 mins stretching into 10 mins jelqing into 20+ clamped edging. I could do the whole routine lying down. I've also done ULI and erect squeezes lying down.
    START : 2/6/2020
    BPEL : 5.875" - BaseEG : 5.25" - MSEG : 5.0"
    CURRENT : 11/18/2021
    BPEL : 7.5" - BaseEG : 5.75" - MSEG : 5.75"

    BPEL GOAL : 7.5+" - MSEG GOAL : 5.75+"

      Keep in mind this is an advanced routine I would do edging but certainly not clamped . Uli give it a couple months conditioning

        I didn't start ULI or erect squeezes until 3 months in, and it took 5+ months for me to be comfortable clamping.
