I did JP90 about 8 years ago for 3 months and made some small gains, but they were probably EQ. I'm back now on a self improvement kick and thinking of getting started again.
However, I keep reading that jelqing is dangerous - that it's bad to force blood up the penis with your hands like that. What are your thoughts on that?
At least for lengthening, manual stretches are known to be fairly safe, and medical grade extending devices are even safer. But what is the safest and most scientifically sound method for increasing girth?
