I modeled my routine after the routine of a user named Jordanh, who says he was able to gain 1.5 cm in length in just 3 months, and continued to gain while barely increasing the intensity. He also has a very nice progress log. However, I've been doing this routine for almost 5 months now, and gained almost nothing from it. I may have gained a tiny bit of length, but girth hasn't changed at all.
This is my routine:
1. Basic stretching exercises as described in the JP90 routine but without the kegels.
2. 60-70 jelqs as described in the JP90 routine with about 80% erection level.
You're probably wondering why my routine is so light. It's because every time I tried to increase it to 80 reps, I experienced negative PI's and sometimes even had to take a break for a couple weeks to recover. So I just assumed that 60-70 reps was my limit, and that would be enough.
You're also probably wondering why I don't warm up/down. It's because I didn't really notice any difference in these injuries whether or not I did it, and it just made it more difficult to find a good time and place to do my routine. I've also heard multiple people on this forum say it didn't really make a difference.
Should I just keep going with my current routine or should I change it up? If so, do you have a suggestion?
