Hey guys, here's my question.
When stretching, what's actually giving me length gains? is it the stretching of ligaments or the stretching of the penis itself?
How do length gains actually work and develop? I can't wrap my head around the process but I feel like if I understand then I would be able to obtain more out of my stretches.
