Hi! I started JP's routine mid of last week n im doing 5 days on, 2 days off, im enjoying it very much but yesterday i skip training because i have been out all day (day 4). My question is... based on ur experience what is better, do nothing n rest tomorrow n wednesday or train tomorrow n rest the next 2 days? [3 days on n 1 off + 2 days on n 2 days off (just for this week)]
