  • Brand New, Any Advice!

    Hi, I am brand new to this community.

    I have research for a couple weeks but am wandering what are some realistic growth expectations for the first 90 days?

    My current stats are:
    BPFL = 4.8 INCHES
    BPFG = 3.8 INCHES
    BPEL = 7.8 INCHES
    BPEG = 4.95 INCHES

    My ultimate goal would be:
    BPFL = 5.5 INCHES
    BPFG = 4.2 INCHES
    BPEL = 8.5 INCHES
    BPEG = 6.2 INCHES

    Would this be attainable at any point ?

    Welcome.
    You are brand new at this and you have a lot to learn.So just push the "START HERE" button that is located up left in the forum main page.

    As for your goal... you can achieve it in some months or you can never achieve it.
    It all depends on the genetics of your dick and also on the way you are gonna train it.
    Correct technique,Dincipline,experience all of them playes role in IF or HOW MUCH you are gonna gain.

      With starting stats like that it shouldn’t be to hard to reach your goals!

        Welcome to the Gym! Stick to a solid routine and stay consistent. If you put some solid effort into it the rewards will the totally worth it and I have no doubt your goals are obtainable. You'll have in idea for how long in about 6 months.

                Hey Saxy!

                Welcome to the Gym

                It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

                It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn't have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

                Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft . When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to do your exercise.

                Don’t forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

                PE safely and good luck with your endeavors.
