  • A question about stretches in JP90

    With the stretches at the beginning, should I grab with the OK sign right under my glans, or a bit under that (like a finger length under)?

    When grabbing a bit more under the glans, I feel pulling the inner penis, do not feel that when grabbing right under the glans, but when I grab under the glans I can get a bigger stretch.

    Should I pull the inner penis or no? (also i need to grab harder, like squeeze when grabbing inner penis)

    When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel a slight stretch. This should result in a small “cushion” of skin to form between your grig and the Carona on your glans. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to do your exercise.
