  • Bathmate or edging after extending, which is better?

    I'm using extender (Quick Pro Extender) for about 4-8h per day, atleast 5 days per week, now I'm wondering how would I benefit more, using BathMate right after it or doing edging for 30min after extending? Which are pros/cons of both?
    Current: 5 x 4.5 (BPEL x EG), 2.5 flaccid
    Goal (hope so in 3 years): 7.25 x 5.71 erected and 4.5 flaccid

    I hang weights, use the BM , then edge .
    So I say why not do em both or mix it up a little.

        The standard recommended format for training is as follows:

        Warm up > Enlargement exercises > Stamina exercises (to include edging)> Warm down

        Warm water pumping can be used as an effective arm down, so you should be able to perform both edging and pumping at the end of your sessions.
