I’m a beginner, in my 7 week of PE training following the regimen in the Ultimate Guide to Male Enhancement. Last week (6th week) was my rest week.
I started off measuring at 4" erect length, and about 4.5" erect girth.
I now measure at 4" and 4/16" erect length, and about the same as before girth wise.
I'm using a string for girth, that I then line up with the ruler I'm using to measure length, so it's not very exact. However my focus coming into this was gaining in length not girth, so I'm not as concerned there. My girth is measured from just below the glans, including the foreskin (i.e. not peeled back). I am using EMEO for my lubricant.
My routine looks like this:
warmup
jelqing
compound exercise consisting of several stretching routines
stamina work
edging.
warm down
I use a heating pad for warming. Each week I would increase the number of jelqs, stamina work reps, and time doing edging, while running through 1 series of the compound exercise as recommended in the book. In my 5th week I was up to 60 jelq reps, and I was doing my routine twice a day (except for stamina/edging work which is once a day). Again as specified in the book.
In my 7th week I’m starting off at 50 jelq reps.
A couple of questions for you gents:
Since I’m restarting the 6 week cycle, I’m assuming I’m back to one work out a day, for about 3 times a week?
My length was at 4’ and 3/16” in week 4, so my gains have definitely slowed down, despite increasing the intensity and frequency of the workouts in the following weeks. I’m finding the workout pretty easy at this point. Any suggestions on any exercises to swap or add to my existing ones to increase both length and girth?
