Thread: Wanting to gain girth

Hello everyone. I just joined this forum and I have been searching/reading a lot on PE lately. I have found a lot of quality information but some of my questions have remained without a definite answer for awhile. So if anyone could find the time to help me with them, it would be greatly appreciated.
1. I am looking for a gain of approximately 2 inches in girth. I was wondering whether or not this is a realistic goal or if I am just preparing myself for disappointment?
2. Without mentioning the law of diminishing returns, is there a sort of circumscription to how much one can realistically gain in girth? Or could I possibly gain forever if I invest the time and energy?
3. Is there a beginners routine for those specifically looking for girth?
4. Lastly, apart from horse 440's, clamping, uli's, erect jelqs, sadsak slinky's, orange bends and low pressure pumping, what other exercises are good for gaining girth?
Any other information is welcome.

Look into Jps 90 day routine just to get started, you don't want to start doing intense stuff right away, thats just asking for injury and let downs.
2 inches in girth is alot but definatly not impossible, you can achieve this if you keep deticated and consitant, it just depends on how much you want it.
There are alot of exercises that imrove girth,but please stick to a begginer routine for a few months to get your dick ready for more, and if you start to gain don't change anythig your doing, keep with what works for as long as possible, don't add or change anything untill you see that you've stopped making gains.
I really dont think theres a limit to how much one can gain, its just how long it will take, some are hard gainers some are easy gainers, no one can rewally say how much you can gain and how long it will take, everyones differnt so you have to find that out for yourself.

1)2 inches in girth sounds like a lot of work but it's possible.It's probably going to take a long time so you need to be persistent and dedicated.
3)Look into JonPop's 90 days beginner routine.It focuses on both length and girth and is also a conditioning program where you prepare your penis for harder workouts once you complete the 3 months.
4)You can try Squeezes.They are my favorite girth exercise at the moment.They give good expansion of the shaft.At the moment i do 3 sets @ 30 seconds hold each set.They are an advanced form of girth exercise and only meant for intermediate to advanced pe'ers.Beginners should not try it.So stick to the beginner's program for now.
