  • What do you guys think about stretching towards the belly.

    I have been doing a lot of Btcs since is easy to hold longer periods of time and already got some gains, but holding towards my belly is easy, I would like to hold straight out but that's more hard manually to hold 10mins+, so is towards the belly a optimal stretch? Anyone has experience with a pulley that pulls your dick straight up instead of down or straight out like a extender?

    If you feel a stretch when pulling straight up, it's a good stretch. A lot of us stretch straight up, or OTS with a device.

      Some form of straight up stretching has always been in my program. I just replaced regular SU stretches with mandingo stretches. I really hate that name, though. I'd rather call them bundled fulcrum stretches. I'm hoping they give me a little higher erection angle and a little more length

        Stretching in any direction in which you feel the stretch is effective.

          Like Jay1983 says, if it stretches, its good. I stretch in all directions. Just like anything else you want to stretch uniformly - stretch your dick in all directions. Stretch it one way all the time and presto, it'll tend to go that way.
          Start: BPEL 6.75', EG 5.8", BPFL 4.5", FG 4.7", BPFSL 7.0"
          05/2021: BPEL 7.65”, EG 6.0”, BPFL 5.8”, FG 5.0", BPFSL 8.0"
          Goal: BPEL 8.0", EG 6.0", BPFL 5.75" FG 5.0", BPFSL 8.5"

            In my honest opinion, a full range of stretching is always optimal with hand stretching routines.

            I am very heavily considering doing the JP 90 day again and the stretching portion of that routine is one that should
            be rotated in and out every so often even after the 90 days.

            If it feels good...pull up.

                      That is what we are here for. I always did my straight up pulls last. I like to do them at the end as it seems to be the toughest for gains.

                      Hopefully loosening up with the lower and side to sides first helps, my brain seems to think that is the way to go

                        Same here. I do it last, while lying down and pull towards my belly button.

                        You may wanna try this with CAUTION:
                        Sit on the toilet, not with the lid closed. Sit on it as if you were going to go.
                        Grab your penis with both hands and pull up.
                        Get some leverage by placing your elbows on your inner thighs.
                        While you feel you have a good pull going, try to lower your bum into the toilet bowl.
                        CAUTION THIS IS AN INTENSE UPWARD STRETCH!
