    Hi there (again). I started PE couple of years ago. Did it like few months with low weight hanging and bathmate and very little with air vacuum pump. I quit for some reason. Did not have any problems with anything. Only some bruising and red dots after intense bathmate session.

    Few days ago i started again mainly with vacuum pump. Yesterday and day before i had some very intense sessions and pumped for hour or so. Not continuosly. I did it like 20sec- 1min medium vacuum then release.. repeat repeat repeat. Well, after those sessions i experienced some pain in my lower stomach and testicles. Same kind of pain which i get if masturbate without cumming. I sometimes do like that for the whole day. I start MB and then stop. I do it like several times a day. Then when i finally unload in the evening i get same pain like i got from pumping.

    If i pump in the morning the pain goes away before the evening but it's hard to maintain erection if i have sex with my lady.

    I think it's temporary and if i take a break from pumping everything will get back to normal... right?

    You can delete this since sleeping over night seemed to start cure this problem. I shall take couple of days rest for everything penis related.

      You said you had intense sessions after just resuming PE.

      You over did it and overdoing it with a pump will cause this. Your Willie was simply overworked.

        Thank you for your reply brother. Yesterday my willie did not react to my imagination even when i tried to think the kinkiest things. It just remained very still. Was bloated AF! Like elephant's trunk. It was (and still is a little) sore. I managed to stimulate it and achieve boner but it went away in seconds. You know the story. I'm not the first experiencing this.

        Now it's better. It's almost normal sized now and all the stomach and testicle pains are gone. It reacts to my imagination and i get boner easily when i watch porn. Boner doesn't fade away immediately. It's not normal yet since it's sore and not responding to my thougths 100%. But clearly it's gettin better. Thank god (or satan?)

        My question is. Should i stop completely pumping and hanging and stick with what i got? Stop while i still can before it's too late? Or perhaps take a break and then start again slooowly with low pressures and low weights?

        I'm 36 years old so i'm not that old. I don't have ED or any other problems down there. I have always been "very easily getting boner -type" so that's why it's impossible for me to try jelqing. Traction devices are out of question and Hanging also is difficult sometimes coz i get boner when i start touching the junk.

        Tap out now or continue slowly after healing?

          Well, today i woke up with little morning wood. And had typical boner just from little hug and kissing with my dear lady so i guess everything is almost back to normal now... aaand coz dumb idiot i am, i propably learned nothing from this warning my penis gave me. Will propably continue making mistakes again. Till i'm impotent..

          Nah... will be very careful with pumping.

          So now that i know about pump hazards, is there something i should know about hanging?I'm low weight random hanger. I do it every now and then. Propably should do it more often and start putting more weights.

          Which pe exercise is more dangerous, pumping or hanging?

              I have been pumping about two weeks now. I have no exact routine i can follow every time but i do it with listening my body. At first i massage and get erection then pump with low pressure to warm up for 10minutes or so. Then release pressure take a small one minute break and massage and get full erection again and then go back in the pump again. I do this 30-60min per day. Every time i go in the pump i like to use it like this: 30-60sec vacuum, release, pump again for 30-60sec, release, repeat repeat repeat. I do it on/off for like 10mins total and then exit the pump for small break and massage. Then do it again.

              Sorry my english is rusty.

              I don't use pump continuously from start to finish without releasing the vacuum. I don't know if that's good or bad way to do it.

              Perhaps later when i'm more used to pumping i shall do it continuosly for longer periods of time with more intense pressure. That recent mistake made me scared of hurting myself..

              I pump with patience, without written routine, listen my body and don't do it over 1hr per day.

                Do not hang. Use traction for 6hrs a day to start. Do pumping after traction for a MAX of 20min and no more than 4-5hg.

                  I'm glad my after pumping ED went away. And i'm super glad that i'm making progress.

                  I really don't measure myself with ruler or anything buy my vac pump has built-in ruler so i can se if i make any gains.. and i have.

                  I've been hanging low weights and pumping and last time (few days ago) i pumped i reached barely 16cm mark but when i pumpes today i went over 17cm mark. So, that surely is some kind of progress i think.

                  I got my cheap china hanger todat and it's awesome. How long can i use it (no hanging) continuously if i attach it to the belt it came with? I tried it for the first time and i used it like 1.5 hours continuously without any problems or pain. I only felt fatique and little coldness in my testicles.
