    I've already browsed the forum for a while and im not gonna lie, i still a bit skeptic and a bit affraid, but im gonna give it a chance, the thing is i measured something around 16cm NBP e around 18 BPEL, and 15cm girth (im not overweight but still have a fat pad from fat times), its already a good size but im my frame, with upwards curve and the fatpad it looks pretty average im already dieting and exercising to burn fat but i want to ally PE to it cause my self image is pretty bad and i feel bad about it constantly tbh.

    First i have a curiosity i measured it with tailors tape and with a straight ruler straightening my dick, i see people often saying tailor's tape is cheating cause they get a bigger measure but its the oposite im my case, i hit a bit above 16cm in straight ruler but barely 16 in tailors tape (the 17 mark is over the glans), and its a pretty good curve i dont get what im doing wrong i measured with the straight ruler lots of times and made sure its not in the wrong place and my posture is alright.

    Im thinking about starting JP90 routine, my main focus is lenght im already in a good girth range, its ok to start JP90 with that focus? And im already damned with turkey neck naturally (never did PE before) and i already have a foreskin that cover it all, what cautions i need to take to not make my case of turkey neck worse and dont make my foreskin bigger? im not aiming massive gains anything above or even 1cm would be great in lenght girth every miserable gain would already be alright,I need some advices.

    The JP90 gets a lot of good press...it is a good place to start.

    The best advice I can give is to be consistent. I've read many threads here on the 'Gym, and the thing that stands out with all of the success stories is consistency.

    Read the beginners forum sticky threads, read all you can.

    Stick with the rules for length, the same one if possible. Your measuring will be more consistent. If its a bit off that is fine, its about getting consistent measuring.

    Welcome to the Gym

    I agree that It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

    It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn't have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

    Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft . When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to do your exercise.

    Don’t forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

    PE safely and good luck with your endeavors .

    Thanks BigO, im already reading the threads and collecting all info i can before i start, thanks for the advice. I'll Stick with the ruler i Just asked out of curiosity. Its great to interact with guys im already used to read the posts here.

    Thanks for linking the turkey neck thread, it will be useful, i'll start the jp90 and be consistente like im with gym.

    Thanks for all the good info, im reading It all before starting (planing to do It next week), thanks for all the advices on how to do the exercises properly. I took a good measurement today i want to take photos to document the progress too i just gonna figure out How to straight my Dick hold the ruler and take the pic 😂.
