    Hi!

    So, yesterday i warmed up and did jelqing for 10 minutes in the shower with a relatively light grip and around 200-300 kegels in series of around 50. I woke up this morning with a less sensitive foreskin and a weaker erection when i masturbate (twice today). It's around 60% hard, and gets harder towards the climax, but it is harder to get an erection throughout the day, my penis just feel tired or off for some reason. I am kind of freaking out because i never experienced this and i am worried if everything is gonna be alright. I would appreciate some help. Thanks!

    ok, so rest time for a week. Being we don't know your history, what shape, etc, best you start with a VERY limited amount and slowly work into things. Not an endurance or stamina thing. Read and plan for a relatively light 'introduction' / starters routine. Nothing for endurance. The more your taper your reading and planning for that, the better off you'll be.

    Hey Newbynoob!

    Welcome to the Gym

    It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

    It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn't have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks. Perhaps you should have limited your kegels to 100 until you have been properly conditioned.

    Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft . When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to do your exercise.

    Don’t forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

    PE safely and good luck with your endeavors .

    @CUSP82 I thought this was a light routine to be honest, 10 minutes didn't sound so much to me, stupid mistake...

    I will back off for a week and see how i feel, i was panicking today because i was scared that this will be permanent you know.. Maybe i am over reacting?

    @Dangler, not in the greatest shape tbh, tried jelqing several times before and didn't have this issue, although i did really light and short jelqing. Hoping this just goes away. I had a slightly harder erection this evening so i hope it will just take a few days to recover

    @not2big Thanks for the really helpful info, i will take everything into account

    Yeah should lay off for a couple of days, i am sure it is the part of the issue. I am used to beating off everyday, so this is new for me haha

    Good news (i hope so) is that i get harder erections at night or throughout the day, and it seems that the foreskin is regaining it's sensitivity back, as far as i can tell. One question though... When i have an erection it feels like my penis is weak, sort of like when you workout and you have sore muscles the day after so you can't do a push-up without feeling weak. I also kind of feel it throughout the whole day, it's not a pain but the best i can describe it is like weakness in the middle of the penis. Is that a bad sign or just a sign of over training and need to rest for it to return to normal?

    I am trying not the overthink xD But i think i found the issue

    The skin that connects the head and the skin, frenulum i think, is loosened. How does that change the situation? It was really really tight before

    Sensitivity is very subjective; like trying to describe how tickle-ish. Can vary a whole lot. Patience on your part is advised.

    Weird feeling when flaccid. Non decript and subjective, at best. May it is still in the process of healing/recovery. More rest/ less worrying would be good. Let time do its thing.

    Workouts, Prolly does not apply to PE. Just leave it be, several weeks recovery, less speculation/worry.

    This is the best I can recommend, this early in the game. I think you'll recover to somewhat near where you used to be. Keep reading/researching.
