Knows for PE for quite some time. Not to bother too much, mostly spent my time on JP90, then that routine didn't do much, so I added additional stretches for it, one more whole round. That didn't work mostly because of inconsistency on weekly basis(3 instead of 5 days) then skipping weeks etc.
My penis looks different and only pumped, that's it, no real improvements
For some reason it is hard for me to achieve 60+ erection after I finish my session, or 100% erection throughout the day. It gets tired and limpy
I'm 6'5, 16cm(6.3) at it best for length, and 5.3(13.5cm) girth
What would you do in my shoes? Maybe to try ************* newbie? Continue with JP90? Monster length 101?
My goals is quite modest lmao, 8x6
Need to mention that my penis is always getting tired fast. After porn watching it shrinks, masturbating tires him, after I finish every PE session it shrinks to, hard to get erection after I finish it. Loosing pump after every pause from PE. Also, daily inconsistent EQ and rarely gets 100% of it
My goal is to focus on length for now
Questions:
- If I get tired and limp penis what does that mean in terms of PE?
- Routine that doesn't take as 1h with or without warm up/warm down
- Is hanging or extender only help for me?
Thanks

Hello Miki. Welcome back.
1) if your tired after PE and have trouble getting an erection after, you may be training to hard. It is normal at first to have a tougher time getting wood because your not use to PE.
2) JP 90 can be done in under an hour after getting fluent with the exercises. I will probably catch hell from some for saying this but personally, warm up and warm downs didn't do much for me, I omitted them long ago. In my opinion a few light stretches warms you up just fine.
3) hanging and/or extending My be good for you, but they will take more time than an hour.
My best advice is that you need to stay consistent. Sounds like you weren't able to maintain consistency the last few times out.

Sounds like overtraining, for sure. I've gained fairly well on just a few manual stretches. You might want to minimize the amount of work you're doing and slowly build up until you start experiencing negative PI's, then back down to what you were doing just before them. Another alternative is to do a "full" session once a week, and light sessions everyday to maintain. I think most of us have a tendency to get carried away with it.

Some dicks are more sensitive than others.
This is not a bad thing in the matter of gains... it just mean that you have to work less than the average PEer in order to have gains.
Pis is the best guidance for people with sensitive dicks.
An other hidden issue that cause shrinking and low EQ after Pe sessions is the pelvic floor over tension.
Shrinking happens for 2 reasons
1) Overtraining of the dick itself
2) Overtraining of the pelvic floor.
Avoid stretching and jelqing upwards because they both overtense the PF.(This was the doom for me in the past).Avoid kegels.
Use light tensions and add some more volume and never do more than 3 training days in a row and do a lot of Rks.
If your dick is sensitive as you say then hanging is certaintly not for you...
Extending would be a very good idea for you but it requires at least 3h/day.

Great advice.
Let's address hanging from a different point of view (devils advocate)
Hanging may be one of the very best methods for an individual that has a problem.with overtraining.
Hanging is controlled, can be done with light weight so in practical applications, should be the safest form of PE of them all.
Not intended to discredit your post in any way, I like what you said, just wanted to say that hanging is very safe, its the human in charge that can make it dangerous 🙂Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before
