Guys ive got another question? for past month a so ive split my workout such that i do stretching exercise for 10 mins in morning when i have shower and jelqing/milking exercises for 30 mins in evening. can you advise if that approach is good or not, plus my 90days of beginners exercises are almost up. what would you recommend i add to my exercise. i havent taken any measurement but can visibly tell growth in terms of girth, but not that much in length. when i do stretching exercises i tend to get cuts. how can i avoid that? thank you for your help.
