Hello,
I have been doing this:
10min warm-up
stretching + 25 kegals to each side
40 wet jelq
40 v-jelq
10min warm-down
1 day on/1 day off
and no supplements... (do they help?)
I have 2 weeks doing it and i dont think i'm bigger (that equals 6 days of excerise total)
Does this routine help? Or what should I do?
