Thread: Questions on decondition breaks?

Hi guys it's been almost 3 months since I started PE. So I'm thinking of taking decondition breaks after every 10 to 12 weeks with a period of 1 week. So there are few questions I would like to ask.
- Should I do Kegels in this period?
- Should I do tugging here and there?
- Should I edge?
- Or should I completely let my dick rest for the period?
What do think I should do?

Really depend on how you feel.
I do not think these are "deconditioning breaks" but rather "healing breaks".
When I take a week off I will still edge and do some basic stretches just to limber up.
Kegels, I do without thinking so, yeah, keep on.03/2015 Start <Able to last ~ 2 mins PIV>

A one week break after 6 weeks of training is the norm.
