  • [Help] Measuring through the Program

    i just started the JP90 program and i had everything planed and gonna record everything in the progress forum, i just have a doubt about the measurements, i was planing to take the first measuremente in 2 weeks into the program and the in the end of the first month, the next two months i would only measure once in the end of the month.

    Its a good way of doing it? Or more constant measurements after two weeks is better? I just want to hear the opnion of you guys and what y'all usually does when doing your routines.

    My opinion?
    Do a measurement at the beginning.
    Then do one at 3 months. No need for any measuring in between, only need commitment and consistency.

    The JP90 is really a conditioning program that gets the erection into shape for more intense work later on. If you do the 90, why measure so often? Just commit to the 90 days then measure and see from there.

      I ve to disagree about this one... A lot of members gained with the JP90 and they kept doing it for 1,5 years with consistent gains.
      You can condition your dick with ANY method... its not the method it self... its the intensity/volume that you are using in the begining of any method.

        Well, definitely take initial measurements. I can see the benefit of waiting longer to measure - more gains to see per measurement, but I can't wait! I take a break from extending about every 14 days. I take 2-3 days off and use the second or third one to do measurements and log them. I wouldn't suggest measuring on a day you've been doing PE since those measurements are probably affected by having just stretched.
        Start: BPEL 6.75', EG 5.8", BPFL 4.5", FG 4.7", BPFSL 7.0"
        05/2021: BPEL 7.65, EG 6.0, BPFL 5.8, FG 5.0", BPFSL 8.0"
        Goal: BPEL 8.0", EG 6.0", BPFL 5.75" FG 5.0", BPFSL 8.5"

          In my case measuring after stretching and measuring on a rest day is always the same.
          But I know cases vary.

            My point wasn't about the JP and conditioning (nor am I suggesting that the JP90 is just for conditioning, though that has been recommended). My point was about measuring and just waiting out the initial 90 days.

              Measuring length and girth once every two weeks should offer a glimpse into how the training is progressive. This- along with EQ and other stats- help to paint a bigger picture.
