Hello! Overhand jelq seems to fit me better. Seems easier in a way to get more pressure. What can you say about the overhand jelq (you know when you have the lillfinger fartest away from you and your tumb most near the body) seems Easy to get 300 jelqs or 150 reps as told in the JP90 beginner routine. But the overhand jelqs seems more solid so maybee time is the most important. Not how many you do? Please explain more.
