    Hey guys,

    I have been doing jelqing and stretching for a few months now. I can't really comment on gains purely because I didn't take starting measurements (I have a rough idea of how big my penis is from measuring a few years ago).

    I haven't been doing kegels so I feel I have possibly missed out but even before PE I have struggled with maintaining an erection when I stand up, I can get hard fine sitting or laying down but when I stand up the EQ isn't as good. I believe this may be from conditioning of sitting down watching porn.

    Sometimes I manage to get a few sets of towel raises in but as it is hard to maintain erection standing up they can be hard.

    I am going to try and start to kegel, as well as erect kegels

    Any advice on standing up EQ? I have stopped watching porn for like 6+ months now but when I do fap I am still sitting down. I just hope this isn't caused by vein leakage but I am almost certain it has come from porn and sitting down to fap.

      10 mins of warm up, 10 mins of stretching and 50 reps of jelqing (each rep is one jelq with each hand). 10 min warm down. Another note is I do my PE sitting down

        Kegels are great and can be done anytime but maybe step up your number of jelqs over the next month or two; you may be surprised.

          Thanks CUSP. I am kind of in the dumps at the moment with the standing up and not being able to get fully erect or going from sitting down erect and standing up then losing it.
          I have started to see the vascular leak mentioned a few times online and convinced myself that maybe I have this... I want to believe it is more an issue of sitting down and masturbating that have caused this but I don't know, any advice for re-training my penis to stay hard whilst standing?
