Hello all,
I have had quiet an issue with finding the balance with my kegels. I have read in the past it is highly encouraged to do kegels due to some reason about the new gains. However, most of my eq/pe problems came after trying multiple different customized ways to kegel for my pelvic floor to be balanced.
Is kegeling really necessary, if prior to PE and gains I had no issues with lasting during sex and EQ?
Thank you in advance for any clarity.

Most young guys don't need to do kegels, and if they decide to do them they don't need to do many. They are easy to abuse and can cause some pretty bad injuries. It doesn't happen to most guys but the ones who get it are pretty miserable, and trust me, they didn't know and/or gave a shit until it happened. I would only do them i you feel like your EQ is decreasing when you are gaining and not overtraining.
