Hey everyone, just joined the forum, hoping to learn as much as I can from others. I’ve been using an extender for 2 months so far and have seen a small but noticeable gain and I am considering other exercises such as jelqing after reading some of these threads.
So my question is are the gains I make permanent? If I stop using the extender and stop exercising after 1 year of consistency, can I stop altogether or will I slowly lose all of those gains?

My thought has always been a bit of maintenance here and there prevents that.

Your pre PE size is not permanent in the sense it can be lost .

If you cement your gains and maintain a high EQ, you should retain all of your gains.
