Hi everyone, I'm back from an extended deconditioning break. Didn't lose
anything, and it was a relief to have all that spare time, but I still have
goals to reach.
I was reading the thread at TP about the 3" club. Many people sceptical of
peoples claims because of lack of photographic evidence. Remek, made the
point that many people take the information on the forums, it works, and
they move on. I had no idea if PE really worked, I just tried it, and it did.
I fully understood how to measure properly, and have followed the same
procedure every time. But I never took any pictures, never told anyone
that I was going to try it, and until I came here never reported my gains.
I don't know if the pioneers of PE who claim huge gains are genuine,
but they're the ones who inspired me to try. I also think that many people
are making this way harder than it needs to be. Too many exercises, to
much chopping and changing of routines.
Take it, or leave it , my advice is to keep it simple, but work hard.
Nearly 4 years of labour for 5.6cm in length, 4.3cm in girth.
I still find it hard to believe sometimes, but this does work, and I think 3"
might be possible.

Congrats on your gain. 3" gain might be possible, but it would take a lot of time, probably 10 years.

eman,
I often agree with you: Many men make it way to complicated. I think the reason for this is that there's so much different advice out there, and a beginner is often faced with the question: Who's advice should I follow? New guys need solid advice on what to do in not only the beginning but in the advance stages too. I hope to help accomplish that.
BTW, you are already part of the 3 inch club, at least in my book2.2" in length and 1.6" in girth. You're close to the 4 inch club!!!
This is something I would...
Reducing precum; Condom slippage...
