I would assume just like your regular muscles, that the penis also needs rest days correct? Id like to know other peoples experience.

How long would you say will it take to see some progress for someone on their 3rd week? My routine is 15 seconds of stretches in each direction then 50 reps of jelqing the 1st week. then 100 reps the 2nd week and now i do 150 reps the 3rd week, except today i actually did 200. And since im not really big my jelqs are only 1.5 to 2 seconds long.
