I usually stretch in the morning then wear my xsleeve and end the day with jelqing.Pirate Diplomacy:

I usually drink 2 cups of coffee in the morning and then 1 cup of tea in the afternoon (either decaf or green).
On most days, I do my workouts around noon or sometime in the afternoon.
I really enjoy my cup of coffee in the morning, so I guess if it did have a big effect on PE then I'd have to work extra hard?
