Best time of the day to exercise ?

Hey guys. When do you think is the best time to train (if it matters) - morning, afternoon or night ?

Morning, by far. That is when your test. levels are at their highest. I know I am usually much plumper throughout the morning, which makes for a great p.e. session opener.

I usually stretch in the morning then wear my xsleeve and end the day with jelqing.

I usually pe at night just before i sleep.

Morning is a great time to pe because of the plump flaccid hang that i get but i am too lazy for that.

Anytime when you have energy and are not suffering from the effects of stimulants (like caffeine) is a good time

Why is caffeine bad for PE? I'm not a caffeine junky...but I have about 2-3 cups of tea a day. I usually PE at night, is that bad?

I think caffeine restricts blood flow around the penis.

I never knew that. So should I try to cut our caffeine? Like maybe only has a morning cup of tea to wake up?

A small amount of caffeine is fine- it's when you consume massive quantities throughout the day where you may see adverse effects on your gains.

I replaced coffee with green tea and it works great.

I usually drink 2 cups of coffee in the morning and then 1 cup of tea in the afternoon (either decaf or green).
On most days, I do my workouts around noon or sometime in the afternoon.
I really enjoy my cup of coffee in the morning, so I guess if it did have a big effect on PE then I'd have to work extra hard?

I drink black tea, but was thinking of switching to green anyhow. I'll just try that.
