    Hey guys,

    So I started my routine a month back and it has been as follows:-

    3days with 1-day rest after

    10mins of warming up
    5-7mins of stretching
    200reps of jelqing (left hand 100, right hand 100, separately)
    60reps of v jelq

    My initial 15 days had been great with even a slight increase in length. My erections were great, had intense orgasms and could last longer too.

    But recently, it has taken a turn, I experience turtling at times, erections are harder to achieve and maintain, rare premature ejaculations too.
    Can anybody help me out here? What is happening and what can be done to recover.

      Seems like you're doing it too hard. It is recommended to most people that are starting to do 3 days a week. You're basically doing 6 workout days every 8 days. I was trying to do 5 days on after a week & realized that was probably too much.
