  • Manuals sets duration.

Hey guys, I cna hold my manual stretchs pretty long more than 10 mins, idk if doing shorter sets and more variety woulf be more helpful, instead of my current routine of :2 sets of 10mins left fulcrum, 2 sets right fulcrum :40mins and then 10 mins A fulcrum, 10min straight down :60mins.
But this brings me down to only to really one set of A fulcrums and 1 set of straight down.

Hmmm. Everybody's a bit different obviously, but I tend to think a variety of stretches in shorter increments is probably better, unless there's a specific issue (like a certain kind of curve) you're trying to correct. In my experience, the tissues tend to respond better to uniform mechanical stress (like all angles equally), as well as shorter durations, but your mileage may vary.

Yeah, I been reading on how shorter sets alow to more elongation if proper stress relaxation technique is applied.
