Hi, I've been experimenting with PE for some time, and I realized that my dick is very weak for those exercises, like, if I do 20 light jelqs I'm ok, if I do 25 I get turtling, loss of sensation and can't get a boner for a day
Same for stretchings, just a little bit of it, and without pulling too hard, and I get turtling again, and I get the same with pumping, sometimes just 2 minutes pumping would kill my erection
What kind of routine can I do in this situation?
